Absolutely lovely service from the whole team, specifically Helen who was a pleasure to talk to and always very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing my house. On two occasions they stayed late for me to attend an evening viewing and to collect my keys. Very helpful with any questions I asked and information I required. Would always highly recommend for anyone wanting to buy a home.
Can we possibly give more than 5 stars. Right from our initial phone call to the office to enquire about marketing our property both James and Zoe have gone above and beyond. We are currently on lock down due to Covid 19 and even through this they have kept in contact (despite not being able to do viewings). Always letting us know what the market is like, whether there have been any enquiries about our property and sending us a report over from Rightmove. We have now accepted an offer on our property despite still being in lock down and we really cannot fault James, Zoe and the rest of the team at Charles Louis Homes. If anyone is thinking of selling a property I’d highly recommend them.
